Artist's Bio - Hugo Ovalle was born in the town of Cusco in 1966. He became involved in the arts at an early age and was schooled at a local art university, Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes (Superior School of Fine Arts). Ovalle's style is unique in that he works with a broad palette of colors to convey rich emotion and form through minimal complexity.
